Privacy policy
You don't need to register or fill in anything on naSTK. We process as little personal data as possible – this page explains what, why and for how long.
Controller
The controller of personal data is BestSite s.r.o., company ID 28188021, registered office Káranská 340/30, 108 00 Praha 10 – Malešice, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 131591. For anything related to personal data, write to info@nastk.cz.
What data we process
Server logs
On every visit the server records the IP address, time, page address and browser details. We need them for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days; IP addresses that attack the site may be blocked temporarily by the security system.
Cookies and visitor statistics
We need the necessary cookies for the site to work. With your consent in the cookie bar we measure visits with Google Analytics 4, which we load through Google Tag Manager – we see which pages help drivers, not who you are (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent no statistics cookies are stored and Google receives at most anonymous signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode). You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings. We keep statistics in Google Analytics for 14 months from your last visit. Details are in the cookie policy.
AI assistant
When you ask the assistant in the window at the bottom right, we send your question for an answer to the Claude model by Anthropic (our processor; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models). To improve the assistant and learn what drivers ask, we store questions and answers anonymously: without the IP address or name, with e-mails, phone numbers, number plates and VINs removed. The full conversation needed for follow-up answers is deleted 24 hours after the last question, the anonymous questions and answers after 24 months. To protect against abuse, the browser keeps a random identifier in the nastk_ai cookie (30 days), and we count requests from an IP address only as a one-way fingerprint that changes daily and is deleted after 2 days. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Please do not type personal data into the window.
When you write to us
We use your e-mail and message only to reply and handle your request (legitimate interest; for stations, negotiating a contract). We keep the correspondence while handling it and then for up to 3 years in case of claims.
Station data
We take data on vehicle inspection and emission test stations from the open data of the Czech Ministry of Transport. We show a station's phone and e-mail only when the station publishes them itself in the register or on its website. For a station run by a sole trader, the name and contact may be personal data – we process them on the basis of our legitimate interest in informing drivers about stations. If you run a station and want any detail corrected or removed, write to us.
Who we share data with
The site runs on our own servers in the Czech Republic, and map data, fonts and scripts are hosted by us. There are two third-party services. Answers of the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic, PBC (USA) as our processor; the transfer to the USA is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses. Visitor statistics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as our processor. Google may also process data in the USA; the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates. We do not sell data or profile you. We may only disclose it to public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@nastk.cz – we will reply within a month. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz).
Changes
If we start processing data differently – for example when we launch online booking – we will update this page in advance and change the date.
